To help educate lawyers how to defend Florida homeowners, legally, ethically, and effectively.

The Florida foreclosure Defense Bar Association

Founded in 2009, the FFDBA was created by a group of Florida lawyers int he foreclosure defense field to help address two crucial needs. First, the public desperately needed accurate information about their legal rights in Florida foreclosure cases. Second, the members of the bar who were stepping forward to help those homeowners fight for their homes needed support and up-to-date information on the most effective legal defenses being used statewide.
